Terms of Service

These terms are an agreement between you and BlackRidge Platforms LLC, an Oklahoma limited liability company ("we", "us"), which operates Remix Closet. By creating an account or using Remix Closet, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the service.

The service

Remix Closet helps you organize photos of clothes you own, build outfits, and create AI try-on visualizations. The service is in beta, so features may change, and some features may be unavailable at times.

Your account

• You must be at least 13 years old. If you are under 18, you need a parent or guardian's permission.
• Give accurate information and keep your password private. You are responsible for activity on your account.
• One person per account. Invite codes are personal and may not be sold or shared publicly.

Plans and payments

• Essential is $9.99 per month and Pro is $19.99 per month, billed in US dollars through Stripe. Prices do not include any taxes that may apply.
• Subscriptions renew automatically each month until you cancel. You can cancel anytime from billing settings in your account. Cancellation stops future charges, and you keep access until the end of the paid period.
• Payments are generally non-refundable, except where required by law. If you think you were charged by mistake, email us and we will review it.
• Daily try-on allowances reset each day and do not roll over. A monthly safety cap applies to protect the service.
• We may change prices in the future. We will tell you ahead of time, and the new price applies at your next billing period.
• Beta access granted with an invite code is free and may include a limited number of try-on credits.

Your content

You keep ownership of the photos and content you upload. You give us permission to store, process, and display your content only as needed to provide the service to you, including sending photos you select to our AI provider when you request a try-on.

Only upload photos you have the right to use. Do not upload photos of other people without their permission, and do not upload photos of minors other than yourself.

AI try-on

Try-on images are AI-generated visualizations. They may not accurately show fit, size, color, or body proportions, and they are not a substitute for trying on clothes. Do not rely on them for purchasing decisions.

Acceptable use

Do not use Remix Closet to upload illegal, sexual, hateful, or harassing content; to impersonate others; to try to break or overload the service; to access other people's accounts; or to scrape or copy the service. We may suspend or close accounts that break these rules.

Ending your account

You can delete your account anytime from Account settings. We may suspend or end access if you violate these terms or if we discontinue the service. If we discontinue a paid service, we will refund any unused prepaid period.

Disclaimers

Remix Closet is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind, to the extent allowed by law. We do not promise that the service will be uninterrupted or error-free.

Limitation of liability

To the extent allowed by law, BlackRidge Platforms LLC is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, and our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim, or $50 if you paid nothing.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Oklahoma, without regard to conflict of law rules. Any dispute will be handled in the state or federal courts located in Oklahoma, unless the law requires otherwise.

Changes

We may update these terms. We will change the date at the top and, for significant changes, notify you in the app or by email. Continuing to use the service means you accept the updated terms.
